Help project teams with repetitive reading and data entry through an AI assistant whose suggestions remain under the user’s control.

Requested capabilities:

• Compare two versions of a drawing and summarize likely changes with links to the relevant locations.
• Suggest draft tasks from drawing schedules, notes, and specification references, including a proposed title and pin location where possible.
• Suggest form values from photos or extracted text, such as an equipment serial number, with Apply and Dismiss controls.
• Answer natural-language questions across the project’s tasks, plans, forms, and RFIs, with links to supporting records.

For every capability, show the source and uncertainty. Nothing should be created, changed, assigned, or sent without an explicit action by a user who has the required permission. Suggestions and citations must never reveal records the user cannot access.

Examples: review likely changes between revisions B and C; accept selected task drafts from a door schedule; apply a serial number from an equipment label; ask “Which open RFIs mention the east stair?”

Success would include administrator-controlled availability, clear external-processing choices, accessible mobile and desktop review, an audit trail for accepted suggestions, and a way to dismiss incorrect suggestions. This is a proposal for a consistent review-first experience, not a claim that these capabilities are fully released.
